Hourly Rate

Project clients are those clients who have a short-term assignment that can be done in less than 5 hours a month. A one hour minimum of work is required.

A quote is offered that reflects the "total" projected number of hours it will require to complete the project.

An hourly rate of $25.00 will be billed in 15 minute increments. A 50% deposit of the quoted charge will be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of project. Plus any unanticipated overage hours and any miscellaneous expenses needed to complete project. Balance is due prior to client receiving finished project.

Retainer Packages

Our retainer package is for clients needing administrative services on an on-going basis and are offered at a discounted rate.

Purchasing a retainer package will guarantee you a certain number of hours each month. Any unused hours will not roll over. Any additional hours needed above the contracted retainer hours, will be charged at the hourly rate of $25.00/hour

Starter Package

Our Starter Package is for clients who may be unsure of the number of hours they will need, and would like to start out with 5 hours a month.

5 hours a month = 5% discount - $118.75

Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages

Referral Program
As with all businesses we welcome and reward referrals. If you refer us to others that you think might be in need our services, and we gain a new client from your referral. We will reward you a credit of $25, as our way of saying "Thank you"! It's like getting a FREE extra hour from your VA!

Method of Payment

We accept business checks or certified checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted through Google Checkout, my online preferred vendor.

Outstanding balances later than 15 days of invoice will incur a 1.5% montly late fee. There will be a $30.00 insufficient funds fee for any returned checks.
